Compare Smart Phones 2015

We have seen how smart applications have grown in their scope and significance that they offer to our lives. Predominantly the architecture of these apps has been the major component to communicate their reach. All that we had seen in the initial years when smart phones appeared is yet another compilation of computers and internet technology together.

Slowly and steadily we found them assertively forming the shape of all possible solutions that we could need them for. In the early 90s when these smart phones just flew the US market and prominently managed to acquire a client base of corporate professionals with its dynamic functionality and applications it made a lasting impact on their lifestyle needs.

With time, technology flew to other places of the world and people got used to things that foster diligence and sophistication, the automation spread in work systems and in activities of regular nature. New era of year 2000 had more advanced office infrastructure and more computer literates which proved a catalyst in this whole idea of ‘smartness’. In fact it was in the year 2000 the touch-screen Ericsson R380 Smartphone was launched, which was notably the first gadget marketed as a smart phone.

In the mid of the decade people saw smart phones with higher level of capability in terms of connectivity, features, sophistication and diligence. The level of authority that user now had to deal with different applications at a time was phenomenal. It was apparently portrayed from time to time.

Multitasking and dynamic functionality of these phones collaborated with different application frameworks to produce immaculate solutions in vast array of utility and different user needs.

iPhone was a device that brought a paradigm shift in smart phone segment with its ‘total touch-screen potential’. The multi touch interface of iPhone let many of the developers create profound apps which were new to the people in respect of reach and ease.

iPhone application development restored it presence year after year right from 2007, when iPhone hit the market.  It continued its spree with the prolific iPad application development and its growth in the prominent phases of iOS development. Today iPhone is in its 5 generation phone which means it is in a state of reassurance with the technology and features. Top on that is the adaptability and factors of prominence with user needs.

Later in the year 2008 Google launched its open source platform for smart phone apps which is popularly known as android. Reports say that android market has grown over the period of two years like no other applications has ever.

As per the reports android surpassed its close competitor (as it was in the initial levels) Symbian with 32.9 million units sold against 31.0 million units in the forth quarter of year 2010.

Android application development has remarkably gained its rhythm since then and is acquiring the major chunk of the smart phone product market in the year 2011 as well leaving behind the coveted one’s far behind.

With 33% of market share Android stands big against symbians 31%, apple’s (which includes both iPhone and iPad) 16% and RIMs 14% of sales to end users by the operating systems.

It is always a quirky affair to deal with the estimates, especially when it’s about technology as it keeps on moving. The market, as it seems at present, it still has enough of space to offer the application development for the leading platforms. The trends and patterns of market response are highly in favor of smart origination and it would continue to be nice to these techno thingies as long as they keep their virtues of technology high.
